A short drive north, and a very different housing mix

Salt Lake County is a regular run for our crew. In a single week we might coat a 1950s garage in Holladay, a townhome slab in South Jordan, and a three-car build in Herriman. The systems are the same premium polyaspartic materials; what changes is the preparation, and that is where the experience matters.

Older garages in Murray, Cottonwood Heights, and parts of Salt Lake City often come with decades of oil staining, saw cuts, and settled cracks. Newer slabs on the west side are cleaner but can be slicker-troweled, which changes how we open up the surface for bonding.

Canyon commutes are hard on concrete

If you drive Big or Little Cottonwood in winter, your garage floor knows it. Cars come home loaded with brine and grit from the canyon road, and it all melts off onto the slab. Ski season is exactly when bare concrete takes the most damage — and exactly when you least want to deal with it.
